281 A Marquis Who's Who Magazine M atthew Moloshok is a lawyer with four decades of experience who was inspired to go into the legal field by lawyers such as Thurgood Marshall, William Kunstler and Paul Rheingold. Mr. Moloshok’s father, lawyer Norman Molokai and attorney Jacob Stein, have been his mentors throughout his career. He began as an assistant clerk for the Connecticut Superior Court in 1977. As he continued to excel in his career he obtained many associate positions at firms, including Delson & Gordon, Helm Shapiro Anito & Aldrich PC, Taub & Fasciana PC, and at Hellring Lindeman Goldstein & Siegal LLP. Currently Mr. Moloshok serves as a partner of Hellring Lindeman Goldstein & Siegal LLP, a firm that handles difficult civil and criminal litigation as well as commercial transactions. He is a member of the American Bar Association where he served as chairman of the franchise and dealership committee antitrust section from 1999 to 2002 and as editor of the Antitrust Source online journal since 2002, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Association Bar of New York City. Mr. Moloshok has contributed articles to professional journals in the field. To prepare for his career he earned a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity College and a Juris Doctor from George Washington University. He has served in the United States Tax Court, the United States Supreme Court, the 2nd, 3rd, and D.C. circuit of the United States Court of Appeals and the United States District Court of New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut. Mr. Moloshok has been featured in the 67th and 68th editions of Who’s Who in America and the 15th, through 19th editions of Who’s Who in American Law.
