282 MILLENNIUM F or his entire career, Greg Moore has been an engaged and innovative leader with a passion for diversity and inclusion that is unique among his peers. Mr. Moore’s ability to understand organizational cultures is attributed to his high-level of service in five different careers as well as his educational background, which includes a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from the University of Oklahoma and more than 30 hours toward a Master of Business Administration completed through Southern Methodist University and the University of Texas at Dallas. Mr. Moore recently retired from Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems (SAS) as the regional diversity manager for NorthTexas and the chair of the North Texas Diversity Council, for which he was a co-chair for 20 years. During his time at SAS, he served as a facilitator and member of the business-level diversity council, was programmanager for the annual business-level diversity action plan, and helped create and execute diversity strategies and programs. At the Raytheon Company level, he led diversity projects, represented SAS on the Raytheon Global Mentoring Coordinators Council, and orchestrated mentoring programs across the business. He served three terms as president of the Greater Dallas Advisory Board for the Texas Diversity Council and led the executive team. He also served three years as president and executive board chairman for Work Friendly, Inc., a local nonprofit collaborative dedicated to educating organizations about the benefits of family-friendly policies. His other memberships include the Dallas Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Inclusion Committee, and the University of Texas at Dallas Community Diversity Advisory Council. He also served on the leadership council of the NorthTexas chapter of the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation. After relocating to Northwest Arkansas, Mr. Moore joined the University of Arkansas Walton College of Business, Diversity and Inclusion advisory board. oore’s greatest career achievements include leading the Raytheon NorthTexas Diversity Council for 20 years, developing diversity best practices for widespread company use, and orchestrating effective working relationships.
