336 MILLENNIUM B efore retiring in 2006, Warren S. Satterlee II gained an immense amount of retail managerial experience throughout his career. After receiving an Associate of Arts from Cayuga Community College in 1972, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts from St. Cloud State University in 1974. He began his professional career as a supervisor and member of the bakery support staff at Schlotsky’s in Arlington, Texas from 1989 to 1996. During his time there, he obtained a graduate certificate in theological studies from Texas Christian University. He later joined the customer service staff of Office Depot and worked at Eckerd Drug Store #3156, where he learned retail management practices as a member of the training program and was later promoted to the supervisory training program. Mr. Satterlee continued progressing as part of the management staff for Ross Dress for Less. Outside of his career, Mr. Satterlee has delved into his creativity as an author. He has published several works, including “Meditation,” “Meditation III,” and numerous poems, and contributed articles to professional journals in his area of expertise. Being a man of God, he has dedicated much time and effort to his church community by making worship banners, visuals, music and crafts. He is a member of the St. Peter & St. Paul Anglican Church Choir in Arlington and a former member of the Fort Worth Genealogical Society and the Crowley Art Guild. Mr. Satterlee, who was with the U.S. Air Force from 1966 to 1970, maintains a membership with the International Order of St. Luke the Physician. Warren S.
