118 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine ENTREPRENEURS At the inception of her career in 1957, Marjorie Ann Dahler Graf served as a sales associate for Kaiser Refractories (formerly known as Mexico Refractories) for 16 years. During this time, her husband’s family established their own business, titled Graf & Sons, Inc., which quickly escalated and garnered considerable profit. In 1973, Ms. Graf joined Graf & Sons, and has since been excelling with the business as president and secretary. In her dual roles, she prioritizes keeping all merchandise in stock and remaining abreast of customer awareness. Although her career has been suffused with highlights, she is especially proud of her customer service acumen, as well as her innate skillset in keeping her customers happy. Outside of her primary endeavors, Ms. Graf maintains affiliation with her local Chamber of Commerce and the Elks. She attributes her immense success to her affinity for detail and organizational skills. Recognized on myriad occasions for her vocational and avocational work, she was inducted into the Missouri Trapshooting Hall of Fame in 2019. Ms. Graf has been married to her husband Bob since 1952, and together they share four children, five grandchildren and 19 greatgrandchildren. Hale began in the field of entrepreneurship after his involvement with his family’s business, Auto Mart Automotive and Outdoor, in 1989. With his father founding the company while Mr. Hale was attending college for his undergraduate studies, Mr. Hale joined the company and has since excelled as owner. First selling automotive parts, the business then expanded to sell outdoor equipment. Alongside this pursuit, Mr. Hale has also been the owner of the New Albany Saw Shop, Inc., since 2016. Looking toward the future of his companies, he intends to continue building upon his family’s legacy. Mr. Hale holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Mississippi, which he obtained in 1992. An automotive service excellence certified technician, he is also active in his local church in New Albany, Mississippi. He has maintained membership with the American Engine Rebuilders Association, and has received several accolades for his success in the field. Notably, Mr. Hale has earned awards from various venders and a Five-Star Part Store Award.
