West Palm Beach, FL SHAREHOLDER Jackson Tidus Irvine, CA JOHN R. EUBANKS JR., ESQ. Since 2019, John R. Eubanks Jr., Esq., has excelled as a shareholder with Sniffen & Spellman, P.A., in West Palm Beach, Florida. He has focused his efforts on development, zoning and land use disputes, property rights infringement matters, real property litigation, commercial landlord tenant relationships, and the representation of large scale condominium and homeowners associations. Drawing upon a BA, with high distinction, from the University of Virginia in 1988 and a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1991, Mr. Eubanks was inducted into the Order of the Coif and admitted to all Florida state courts. Notably, he was published in the University of Virginia Law Review. A founding member, he now serves as a shareholder, where he focuses his attention on real property, environmental law, land use development and subdivision law. Alongside this endeavor, he has chaired the subdivisions services group within the firm, which has since developed over 3,000 residential, commercial and mixed-use associations for both builders and land developers. As a testament to his success and longevity in the field, Mr. Jackson has maintained an AV Rating through Martindale-Hubbell since 1975 and has been profiled in Southern California Super Lawyers since 2002. A recognized real estate professional, he was also honored by the International Who’s Who of Real Estate Lawyers since 2013. Outside of his primary endeavors, Mr. Jackson is a fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and previously co-authored “Condominiums and Cooperatives.” Notably, his work has been cited extensively in law cases, and he has provided expert testimony to over 100 firms in California.
