28 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine When he was just 18 years old, Todd Courtenay Lowery had a roommate by the name of Vic Saint John who was intimately involved in the media and production industry. As time progressed, Mr. Lowery’s roommate hosted a radio show that had over one million listeners over 200 affiliate stations across the United States. As Mr. Lowery participated in the production of the show, he became interested in screenwriting and film production, thereby introducing him to the field. As such, he received a Bachelor of Arts in creative writing, English and screenwriting, graduating summa cum laude from Southern New Hampshire University in 2015. Since 2014, Mr. Lowery has served as the owner and screenwriter for Liquis Media Productions in Fort Worth, Texas, through which he has written several feature films and short films that have won a plethora of accolades. Additionally, he has been the owner of Monet Express, LLC, since 2017 and Todd Lowery Enterprises, LLC, since 2020. He formerly served as a contributing writer for Examiner.com and AXS.com in 2015. Furthermore, he was a freight broker for six years, and has maintained affiliation with Truckers Against Trafficking since 2017. Although he has accrued many achievements, Mr. Lowery is immensely proud of the production of the action-adventure feature film “Tiger Poppy,” which first began as a 15-page story in a creative writing course. In 2018, “Tiger Poppy” won an award through the Hollywood International Moving Pictures Film Festival. Additionally, he has produced such short films as “You Gotta Be $hi**ing Me” in 2017, which won a Cannes Screenplay Contest; “Loop 5,” a short science fiction film, in 2017; and “A Piece of Bread,” a short crime drama, in 2016. He has further been nominated for several accolades in crime drama, comedy, science fiction, and adventure military covert operations. Mr. Lowerymaintainsmembershipwith the Society for Collegiate Leadership and Achievement, as well as multiple honor societies. He received a graduate certification in effective grant proposal writing from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame in 2017.
