Gehrke has excelled as the owner of Gehrke Construction since 2020. In business for nearly 100 years, Gehrke Construction was formerly known as Swedberg and Associates. To remain abreast of trends in the field of construction and in his community, Mr. Gehrke is a member of his local Chamber of Commerce and the Carpenters Union. As a testament to their success, Gehrke Construction won an accolade for Building of the Year from EPS Buildings in 2010. Mr. Gehrke attributes his success to his diligent work ethic and ability to persevere in the face of struggle. In five years’ time, he intends to double the size of his company.
