Los Angeles, CA CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER UCOR Powell, TN BRUNO P. ALLAIRE Since 2015, Bruno P. Allaire has been CEO, interimCFO and director of Foothills Exploration, Inc. Foothills focuses on acquiring and developing oil and natural gas properties throughout the Rocky Mountain and Mid-Continent regions and developing hydrogen and geothermal projects for a lower carbon environment. Mr. Allaire has been instrumental in transitioning Foothills toward environmentally friendly hydrogen energy during the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier, he served in business development for Versailles Capital Partners and Veritas Energy Management, in mergers and acquisitions, finance and sales with wine and spirit importers and distributors, Global Distillers & Vintners Holdings, and Dynamic Imports Corporation. Mr. Allaire earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and completed a master’s certificate in environmental policy and management from the University of Denver. He also holds an AS in finance and investments, AS in advertising and public relations, and BS inmanagement from Johnson&Wales University. He intends to develop patents for new technologies capable of turning low-heat geothermal wells and depleted oil and gas wells into hydrogen producers. He is a frontier pioneer in the field of natural hydrogen exploration. Supported by more than four decades of excellence in financial management, Bryan Kendrick has excelled as the chief financial officer for UCOR since 2012. UCOR is recognized as a clean-up contractor for the Department of Energy in the area of Oak Ridge, Tennessee. As chief financial officer, he maintains responsibility for two partner entities, including one private equity company and one publicly traded company. Alongside this feat, he is also responsible for covering accounts payable and payroll, as well as relaying information to UCOR’s chief executive officer and board. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kendrick served UT-Battelle in several positions, including as deputy chief financial officer, beginning in 1978. Prior to commencing his career, Mr. Kendrick received a Bachelor of Applied Science in accounting from Lipscomb University in 1978, which was followed by licensure as a certified public accountant in the early 1980s. Outside of his primary appointments, he spends his time mentoring others, volunteering as a coach for children’s sports such as basketball, baseball and golf, and establishing a golf program at the local private high school.
