BLUE Patricia Blue was inspired through faith and by women in leadership, developing a drive to succeed. She served her country as budget analyst in the Comptroller Office of the U.S. Joint Forces Command, financial manager in the Comptroller Office, and program analyst in the Strategy and Future Requirements Division of the Navy Installations Command. She was honored with a Joint Civilian Service Achievement Award and Outstanding Achievement Award. Obtaining a BS in social work from Stony Brook University, she continued with a certificate through the Practical Comptrollership Program at the Naval Postgraduate School. She also holds certificates in business administration, project management and senior leadership development. Ms. Blue authored her first book “Broken Dolls” in 2018, available at Dorrance Publishing and Barnes & Noble. Since 2011, she has prospered as an independent beauty consultant for Mary Kay, Inc., the famed cosmetics distributor. She is a member of the board of directors of the Virginia Opera Guild and was a member of the Atlantic International Toastmasters Club. Notably, she won Third Place at the 1994 State of Virginia International Toastmaster’s Competition and was a member of the Princess Anne Business and Professional Club. A former world traveler, Carroll James Britton began missing the time he would spend with his family and, thus, decided to pursue a new vocational venture closer to home. Returning to Montana, he applied for a position at the Rocky Mountain Regional Detention Center, for which he currently serves as the executive director of operations. In his role, Mr. Brittonmaintains responsibility of oversight of all plumbing and electrical issues to ensure that the detention center is up to date. Alongside this role, Mr. Britton has also excelled as the owner of Cowboy LLC, a business he recently established. Attributing his success to his diligent work ethic and commitment to his job, Mr. Britton thoroughly enjoys his work. Due to his expertise in mechanical issues from years of independent studies, he can often diagnose technical problems over the phone and retain contractors to fix more complex issues. Looking toward the future, Mr. Britton intends to experience the continued growth and success of his career with the Rocky Mountain Regional Detention Center, as well as dedicate more time to Cowboy LLC.
