Recently in 2021, she was honored as a cultural ambassador representing the Carolina Regions to Keller Williams International among approximately 10,000 other realtors. Alongside her primary career endeavors, Ms. Wynn has been a prolific writer, having penned a myriad of articles in professional magazines such as NY Lifestyles Magazine, Resident Magazine and Lake Norman Woman’s Magazine. Currently, she is in the process of writing a book that discusses how to help young adults cultivate their own success and strengths through being their own authentic selves. Likewise, Ms. Wynn is civically engaged with Toastmasters International, through which she was a director of Division B for District 37 in North Carolina in 2021. She was honored as a Distinguished Toastmaster in 2021, as well. Moreover, Ms. Wynn maintains affiliation with Rotary International and has twice traveled to Mexico to build schools on mission trips. Prior to delving into real estate, Ms. Wynn served as a registered nurse and nursing instructor for more than 20 years. She served in various emergency rooms and medical-surgical, obstetric and cardiology units. She holds a BS in nursing from Excelsior University. Currently, Ms. Wynn is a certified teacher, speaker and coach and was certified as a DISC behavioral consultant via the John Maxwell Company. She was honored as Rookie of the Year by Prudential Carolinas Realty in 2004, who also gave her numerous Top Agent Awards. In addition, she won several Sales Team Awards from 2013 to 2016 and the 2021 Gold Eagle Award from Keller Williams Realty. In 2021, she was named to the Top 50 Women Realtors in Lake Norman by Movement Mortgage and, for 12 years, earned the Five Star Award.
