New York, NY Drawing upon a formative interest in the biological sciences, Xin Tian, Esq., pursued a formal education in his native country of China. Attending China Pharmaceutical University in Nanjing, he earned a Bachelor of Science in biotechnology in 2009. Relocating to the United States shortly thereafter, he also received a Master of Science in biology from New York University in 2011. During this transitional period, Mr. Tian discovered that China and America held much different philosophies regarding the legal profession, as well as remarkably different regulatory policies regarding scientific research. As such, he sought to combine his interests in biology and law. Subsequently, he graduated cum laude from the Law School at the University of Minnesota with a JD in 2016. At the inception of his career in 2011, following his receipt of his master’s degree, Mr. Tian was hired by Technical Consulting & Research, Inc., in Weston, Connecticut, as an electronic health record consultant. Remaining in that role until 2013, he pursued his law degree while also working as a legal intern for Thomson Reuters in Eagan, Minnesota, between 2015 and 2017. Since 2018, Mr. Tian has excelled as a research director for Beijing Qiansong Tech Development Co., Ltd., in New York. In his prominent role, he has specialized in patent law to propel innovation and the commercialization of the pharmaceutical industry as it relates to modern technology. He is also well-versed in data mining and information systems. Mr. Tian received two patents in 2019, both of which recognized the sharing and protection of digital data, titled “Data isolation sharing method and device-based on blockchain, terminal and system” and “Remote data sharing and protection method, server-side, user ride and system.” He is currently working towards obtaining additional patents that will cultivate relationships between the legal system in America and scientific advancements. Additionally, Mr. Tian has demonstrated versatility in the field through his work as a scientific researcher and writer, having authored several professional publications. Likewise, he has given presentations at various science-related conferences through the
