Adducci has contributed more than 20 years of experience to the financial analytics sector. Since 2012, he has excelled as an analytics consultant for Wells Fargo Rail, in which he specializes in lower expense costs regarding transportation and logistics to increase profitability. He previously served Mesirow Financial and Banc One Capital Markets as an investment banker between 1998 and 2002. Earlier in his career, Mr. Adducci was an actor, director and manager of theatrical productions across Chicago. He served as the company manager for a production of Neil Simon’s “Lost in Yonkers” in The Royal George Theatre, as well as the company manager and theatrical liaison for Nilo Cruz’s “Anna in the Tropics” at Victory Gardens Theatre. Rigoni, Inc., was subsequently passed down to the father of Chad W. Schwab. Mr. Schwab’s father worked for the business for several decades before Mr. Schwab joined in 2005. Serving as a production manager until 2018, Mr. Schwab was appointed president of the logging business, where he remains today. Since taking the helm of M. A. Rigoni, Inc., Mr. Schwab increased their fleet to 32 trucks. Looking toward the future of the company, he intends to expand the number of trucks in his fleet to meet the demands of the ever-rising market. Mr. Schwab holds a master logger certification through the Florida Forestry Association, for which he has also sat on the board.
