Since 2015, she has excelled as the chief executive officer of Premier Child Care Centers in Frankfort, Illinois, where she leverages her advanced degrees in adolescent studies to help children receive leading, innovative care. She maintains active affiliation with Childhood Advocates United and the Better Boys Foundation to remain abreast of developments in her industry. Alongside her primary career path, Ms. Fair is an accomplished film, television and theater actress, having co-produced “Ageless Love,” a movie that was a finalist for the Cannes Film Festival.
