After serving the company for numerous years, she was afforded the opportunity to progress further in her career after her father stepped down from his executive-level roles. Since 2010, Ms. Meiswinkel has excelled as the managing director and chief financial officer of RFJ Meiswinkel Company. Notably, during her tenure, she has grown the business from a $25 million revenue company to a $35 million revenue company and has been responsible for bringing the company from an antiquated age to the digital age. Ms. Meiswinkel holds a series 6 license in the State of California. Earlier in her career, she served as a customer information analyst at Franklin Templeton Investments between 1991 and 1996. Outside of her primary endeavors, she has contributed civically to a number of organizations throughout California, including as a member of the board of directors of the Walls and Ceilings Alliance since 2013. Additionally, she has been a health and welfare pension trustee of Northern California Plasterers since 2011 and a member of the California Apprenticeship Council with the Northern California Drywall/Lathing JATC since 2005. Likewise, Ms. Meiswinkel has flourished as a board member of National Contractors Insurance and the Plastering Trust Fund. Alongside these feats, Ms. Meiswinkel formerly served as vice president of the Bay Area Subcontractors Association from 2010 to 2012, having also previously held membership with the Vistage Group. Throughout her career, she has been inspired to work diligently by her mother, who previously grew the company as well. To attest to their success, Ms. Meiswinkel and RFJ Meiswinkel Company earned four Construction Excellence Awards from the Wall and Ceiling Alliance in 2013, 2015, 2018 and 2021. Additionally, she was honored with a Certificate of Meritorious Service from the California Apprenticeship Council in 2010 and was a finalist for the Impact Award.
