248 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine HEALTH AND WELLNESS Patricia A.M. Cardillo always desired to become an advocate for patients with medical conditions that require surgical intervention. Drawing upon an associate degree and bachelor’s degree in nursing and psychology, she is a Certified Nursing Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse and Registered Nurse. For more than 30 years, she has excelled as a senior registered nurse at a level 1 trauma center. Earlier in her career, she served in various medical and surgical departments, as well as an office nursing manager in the field of obstetrics-gynecology. Passionate about helping individuals solve medical and legal issues as a legal nurse consultant, Ms. Cardillo is a well-rounded health care professional who has helped patients to the best of her ability. She is a member of the Association of Operating Room Nurses. She was inspired to enter her field by the diligent work ethic and organizational skills of her parents. Looking forward, she intends to establish her own legal nurse consulting business in which she will work as a mediator between the fields of law and medicine. REGISTERED NURSE, LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE, LEGAL NURSE CONSULTANT Johnston, RI Drawing upon a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Walla Walla University in 2012 and an MD from the Loma Linda University School of Medicine in 2017, Dr. Jeremy L. Clay subsequently completed a residency at Loma Linda University, where he served as chief resident, and received an MPH, both in 2021. Since completing his residency, Dr. Clay has excelled as a physician at Adventist Health Ukiah Valley. He has also held a medical license in the State of California since 2018 and is board certified in family medicine through the American Board of Family Medicine. Notably, Dr. Clay authored an article on COVID-19, which was published in the CUREUS Journal in 2021. To remain abreast of developments in the field of medicine, he has maintained membership with such organizations as the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Academy of Preventive Medicine, American College of Lifestyle Medicine and American Medical Association. For his success, Dr. Clay was honored with the Dedicated Service in Leadership Award from Loma Linda University in 2021. Outside of his career, he serves as a violinist and missionary for the Ukiah Seventh Day Adventist Church.
