As President and Chief Executive Officer of the Detroit Wayne IntegratedHealthNetwork (DWIHN) since 2021, Eric Doehmaintains responsibility for providing integrated behavioral health services throughout Detroit and Wayne County, Michigan, as well as overseeing day-to-day operations and conducting narcotics investigations, among a myriad of other tasks. Additionally, he is responsible for the daily operations of DWIHN’s Community Crisis Center and seeks to develop additional crisis centers throughout Wayne County in the forthcoming years. Prior to attaining his current roles, he served DWIHN as their Chief Network Officer and Compliance Officer from 2017 to 2021. Mr. Doeh holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and a JD from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University, which he obtained in 2005. He commenced his professional career as an assistant attorney general for the Attorney General’s Office in Washington, D.C., assistant prosecuting attorney for the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office, and assistant U.S. attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice. Revered for his expertise, Mr. Doeh received the Director’s Award for Excellence in Prosecution from the Department of Justice in 2015. Since 2018, Dr. Jimmy D. Fernandez has excelled as the chief medical officer for Armor Healthcare, located in Florida. Over the course of his career, he has been especially proud to participate on the Humanus Corporation’s clinical executive team, which is an honor that few clinicians have. Through this work, Dr. Fernandez interacted with the organization’s chief executive officer, through which he helped form policies and procedures that had a nationwide impact. Additionally, he is equally proud of improving hospital admissions that were better than the community standard, as well as decreasing the percentage of lawsuits, making the company the most profitable throughout its history. Notably, Armor Healthcare is the first company in the U.S. to begin monoclonal antibody infusion in their patients who are prison inmates. Dr. Fernandez draws upon an MD from Universidad Iberoamericana in 2005, having completed his medical training at the University of Miami in 2011. He also earned an MBA from the University of Miami in 2012.
