During this time, he pursued additional studies at the University of Redlands, from which he earned an MBA in 2005. Following this venture, Mr. Twele joined Rolf Jensen & Associates, Inc., where he was an operations manager from 2008 until departing in 2015. For the following year, Mr. Twele served Jensen Hughes as the director of their San Diego Office. Since 2016, he has excelled as the vice president and managing principal of Coffman Engineers in San Diego. Notably, he has been recognized by the California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists as a professional engineer since 2007. Outside of his primary endeavors, Mr. Twele enjoys dedicating himself to his local community through his contributions to Little Angels Service Dogs. He attributes his immense success to receiving much mentorship throughout his career, as well as his sense of humility. He notes that his success is a byproduct of those around him who have worked in conjunction with him to achieve common goals. Additionally, he has always enjoyed inspiring individuals, which has directly led to his success as a leader in his field. Although he has achieved many highlights, Mr. Twele is especially proud of breaking every record that Coffman Engineers has had during his tenure as vice president and managing principal. In light of his success, he was given a Director’s Award from Rolf Jensen & Associates in 2009, followed by a recognition among the Top 40 Under 40 by an engineering magazine in 2012. Mr. Twele maintains affiliation with the Design Build Institute of America, the Society of Fire Protection Engineers and the Society of American Military Engineers. While pursuing his undergraduate degree, Scott Twele enjoyed studying mathematics and physics. This interest led him to consider a future career in engineering.
