Anzuini served as an architect, in which he designed work for various clients. Among his projects, he was especially involved in rehabilitating historic buildings, thereby introducing him to the restoration of historic structures. Deciding to focus his attention on the specialty full-time, he has served as a real estate and historic building developer with the eponymously named Anzuini Development in Pueblo, Colorado, since 1989. He also draws upon an associate degree in architecture from The Ohio State University. A member of the Colorado chapter of the American Institute of Architects, Mr. Anzuini holds an architect license in the State of Colorado. He attributes his success to his willingness to succeed and passionate motivation to continue moving forward despite the obstacles he has faced. Likewise, he gives much credit to his wife, Ida, who possesses a background in engineering. Looking toward the future, Mr. Anzuini intends to continue with a multitude of projects, including the restoration of existing historic buildings in Pueblo. Notably, one of the buildings he wishes to renovate was originally built in 1889. Benda discovered her interest in the industry. Reflecting on her prior jobs in finance, lending and homebuilding, she realized her natural skill in similar professions that could be applied successfully to the real estate market. Since 2018, she has excelled as a licensed Realtor for eXp Realty in Illinois. Earlier in her career, she served as a realtor for Keller Williams Realty and Charlies Rutenberg Realty. She also embarked upon a career path in the homebuilding industry for nearly 20 years and was involved in mergers and acquisitions in the 1980s. Supported by a Bachelor of Science in finance and economics, which she earned in 1985, Ms. Benda has maintained active affiliation with the National Association of Realtors and Midwest Real Estate Data, LLC. Among her many career achievements, she is especially proud of analyzing her clients’ needs and meeting them with adequacy and precision. Additionally, she is thrilled to have taught Sunday school classes for more than 30 years, which she considers to be a highlight of her outstanding career.
