220 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine HEALTH AND WELLNESS As the president of the Valley of Hope Holistic Medical Center, Dr. Danielle Gourdet has proven herself as a leading expert in the field of organic, integrative medicine. Having held a sincere interest in medicine from a young age, she excelled in her studies, graduating from high school when she was 16 years old. In addition to earning a PhD from the University for Integrative Medicine, Dr. Gourdet is a certified trichologist, counselor and international chaplain. To date, she has cultivated over two decades of experience operating in the health care and beauty industries. Dr. Gourdet was largely inspired to pursue a career in medicine in response to her studies. As she continued learning more about various diseases and medical conditions, she grewmore interested in learning how to counteract such issues. As part of her vocational journey, Dr. Gourdet founded the Valley of Hope Foundation, which is dedicated to combating HIV, AIDS and other infectious diseases, as well as feeding underprivileged individuals within her community. Recently, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, she and the foundation began treating patients diagnosed with COVID-19 and educating others on how to cope with its effects and prevent contracting coronavirus. As a commitment to her industry, Dr. Gourdet has maintained membership with several notable organizations, including the American Naturopathic Medical Association, the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and the American Medical Association. In addition to her primary duties, she has also remained involved in cosmetology, with a particular interest in combating men and women’s hair loss.
