Alongside her primary career, she has also been a lecturer at several symposia and clinics in dentistry. Notably, Dr. Mackie holds an NERB/ADEX license in the States of Florida, New Jersey, New York, Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin and Nevada. She is also a fellow and diplomate of the American College of Prosthodontics, as well as a member of the American Dental Association. Over the course of her extensive career, she has performed over 8,000 dental implant procedures with over 2,5000 of those procedures being full arch restorations. As a testament to her success, Dr. Mackie has received recognition for dermal fillers and aesthetic advancements, as well as a partial grant in 2013. She attributes much of her success to her upbringing, having been raised in a family of diligent, hardworking individuals. Looking toward the future, Dr. Mackie intends to expand her current practice. Inspired to enter the field of dentistry by her father, who was a general dentist, Dr. Nicole Mackie pursued a professional career in the discipline. Receiving a BS in biological sciences from Wayne State University in 2003, she went on to attend New York University, from which she earned a DDS in 2007. Following her receipt of her dental degree, Dr. Mackie earned anMS and certification in prosthodontics from Columbia University in 2010. Thereafter, she completed a fellowship in implantology at Columbia University’s Irving Medical Center in 2013. During her studies, her interest in prosthodontics was piqued after working with a patient who had a genetic condition that made them lose their teeth. While working at the postgraduate prosthodontic clinic, she decided to make prosthodontics her specialty. Since 2019, Dr. Mackie has excelled as a prosthodontist with Nevada Dental Implant Specialists in Las Vegas. Earlier in her career, she served in similar positions with Dr. Felicia Wilson DDS in Detroit, with 42nd Street Dental Associates and with Fort Washington Dental Associates.
