Enthralled by the mystique and charm of Las Vegas, Ms. Costello continued by becoming an aerialist at Studio 54 Nightclub, where she performed at the MGM Grand Hotel for eight years. During this time, she began working with Ultraviolet LLC, where she has been an owner and producer since 2003. Notably, she was named #1 Woman in Night Life in the Nightlife Issue of Las Vegas Weekly Magazine in 2008. Ms. Costello also served as an armed security guard at Richemont and a real estate agent for Prominent Realty Group, both between 2009 and 2012. Additionally, she was a commercial and residential real estate executive for Pebble Real Estate from 2014 to 2016. In the present day, Ms. Costello has served as the president of The Start Up Foundation, Inc., and chief firearms instructor at Archangel Training Solutions, LLC, both since 2010. Although she has experienced many achievements, Ms. Costello is especially proud of graduating from Sig Sauer Academy with a shotgun master instructor certification in 2021. She was also certified as a firearms instructor for defensive shooting fundamentals by the United States Concealed Carry Association, Inc., in 2021. First certified as a firearms instructor by the Nevada Private Investigators Licensing Board in 2015, she has also been certified by the National Rifle Association as a chief range safety officer, among other certifications. Ms. Costello attributes her success to her love for her work, and she intends to be further recognized on a national level in five years’ time. Ultimately, she would like to share her teaching to areas outside of Las Vegas. She maintains membership with the International Defensive Pistol Association and the United States Practical Shooting Association, and she is a life member of the National Rifle Association. Exhibiting passion for her interests since she was young, Stephanie Ann Costello received a Bachelor of Science in finance from Babson College in 1989.
