La Habra Heights, CA Supported by a longstanding passion for business, Anthony K. Chow hailed from humble beginnings and always sought to establish himself as an independent businessperson. A native of Malaysia, he immigrated to the United States and pursued higher education as a young adult, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in electrical engineering from the University of Toledo and a Master of Business Administration from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California Los Angeles. Later in his career, he completed additional postgraduate coursework at the University of Phoenix. At the inception of his career in 1990, Mr. Chow served Jinma Computer in Flushing, New York, as vice president for four years, followed by a brief appointment as general manager in 1995. Punctuating these roles, he was president of digital surveillance systems for Mirror-Image in Walnut, California, in 1994. Following these tenures, Mr. Chow was general manager, marketing director and purchasing director for ABS/Magnell Associates in 1996. He subsequently served STI Corporation as chief executive officer and president from 1998 to 2006.
