Currently, Mr. Grey has excelled as the founder and chairman of Gordian Investments Pty Ltd. since 1992 and the vice president of the Brain Foundation in Sydney since 1991. An established author, Mr. Grey is working on a series of essays and has penned four books: “Jabiluka” in 1994, “East Wind” in 2008, “Seven Gateways” in 2013 and “The Tortoise of Asia” in 2016. Writing numerous articles in newspapers, including the Australian Financial Review and The Australian, concerning mining, travel, history and nuclear power, he has also been published in the literary magazine, Quadrant. Mr. Grey is especially proud of founding and building up Pancontinental Mining, as it soon became a large and diversified mining company. With this company, he discovered the world class uranium orebody, Jabiluka. Additionally, he enjoyed founding and financing Polartechnics, a biotechnology company that has saved hundreds of women’s lives. Anthony Grey immigrated to Canada from the United Kingdom at a young age, during which time his parents established Canada’s first Shakespeare festival. While he was attending university, Mr. Grey served as an actor for theatres and television and, notably, was featured in Canada’s first full-lengthmovie. Working in this capacity until 1961, he concurrently received a BA in classics and history, with honors, and a JD from the University of Toronto in 1958 and 1961, respectively. Throughout the duration of his decadeslong career, Mr. Grey served in a myriad of capacities. After receiving his law degree, he practiced law for seven years in Toronto before being sent on a legal matter to Australia, where he founded Pancontinental Mining Ltd. From 1972 to 1992, he was the executive chairman of Pancontinental Mining Ltd. During this time, he also served as a director of Opera Australia from 1975 to 1992 and a founding director of the World Gold Council in London from 1985 to 1999.
