146 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine ENTREPRENEURS Upon graduating from high school in 2004, Brandon L. Crusha joined the United States Marine Corps in Palms, California, where he served as an infantry rifleman for two years. Escalating to the rank of squad leader in 2006, he soon became an instructor in Bridgeport, California, in 2008, holding the position for three years. Between 2011 and 2012, Mr. Crusha served as an assistant operations chief and, from 2012 until his honorable discharge in 2013, he was an operations chief. During his military service, he received two Achievement Medals, a Good Conduct Ribbon, a Combat Action Ribbon and a Purple Heart. After departing from the military, Mr. Crusha decided to establish his own business, titled Brotherhood Garage. Since 2014, he has served as owner and president. He has since leveraged his expertise and experiences from the Marine Corps to serve others with his business, offering automobile repair services. He has been committed to providing support and assistance to both his customers and his staff. Since the inception of Brotherhood Garage, the business has expanded to four garages in three different locations and 35 employees. Mr. Crusha maintains affiliation with the Newcastle Chamber of Commerce. For his success, he was recognized among the 30 Under 30 in Oklahoma in 2017. Furthermore, Brotherhood Garage was honored as the Best of Yukon, Oklahoma, between 2019 and 2021. Civically involved as well, Mr. Crusha has served as president of the Community Helpers Organization, a nonprofit organization that gives free financial education and other forms of assistance to individuals and entrepreneurs in his community. Additionally, he provides free oil changes for military veterans. Attributing his success to hard work and perseverance, as well as the support of those around him, Mr. Crusha intends to continue growing and expanding Brotherhood Garage in the forthcoming future.
