64 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine ARTS, MEDIA AND ENTERTAINMENT Drawing upon over 20 years of experience, Denis “Tidan” Torikashvili has built a successful career as a tattoo artist, having worked in the industry since 1997. Since immigrating to the United States from Russia in 2019, he has operated with Vatican Studios in Lake Forest, California. He is proud to be able to work with the team at Vatican, viewing his colleagues and coworkers as a second family. Prior to his current role, Mr. Torikashvili worked with No Regrets Studios in the United Kingdom. Mr. Torikashvili specializes in black and white tattoos, and he particularly enjoys inking horror-themed pictures. He was inspired by and motivated to pursue a career in the industry by the work of Paul Booth, a noteworthy tattoo artist from New York City. In addition to his talents as a tattoo artist, Mr. Torikashvili has also taken to experimenting with watercolor painting since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. Over the course of his career, Mr. Torikashvili has hadmany opportunities to travel internationally and present his work to others around the world. In honor of his artistic talents, he has been recognized with several accolades, including the Best Black and White Tattoo at the Moscow Tattoo Festival, the Best Realistic Tattoo at the Milano Tatuami Tattoo Convention, and the Best Individual Tattoo in Berlin, Germany. In addition, Mr. Torikashvili’s work has been presented in several notable magazines, including Tattoo Society and Global Tattoo. Throughout his vocational journey, Mr. Torikashvili’s primary goal has always been to make others happy. Furthermore, he has always strived to remove the negative stigma surrounding tattoos; he attests that tattoos are an artistic form of expression, and they should not be perceived as harmful or inappropriate.
