New York, NY CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER Compliant Healthcare Technologies, LLC Middleburg Heights, OH JOANNA PATTON Joanna Patton has cultivated a career of excellence in the advertising industry with more than five decades of experience in the field. In 1986, she co-founded Lotas Minard Patton McIver, Inc., an advertising agency located in New York City, where she was largely responsible for developing marketing strategies and consulting with the company’s clientele. Prior to founding her own company, Ms. Patton operated as a partner with Levinger & Patton, as well as a marketing director, public relations director and paralegal for several other brands. Having completed coursework in social welfare at Stetson University and Florida State University, Ms. Patton is especially proud to have founded one of the “largest female-owned advertising agencies in the world,” even without a formal collegiate degree. To wit, she attributes much of her success to her dedicated work ethic and open-minded attitude. Having recently retired in 2017, Ms. Patton is now focused on volunteering in her local community, particularly with the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Since 2016, John J. Zbozien III has excelled as chief operating officer for Compliant Healthcare Technologies, LLC, having first served the company as vice president of marketing and new business development. Drawing upon prior leadership roles with FireDex LLC, IML Innovations, Barrette Outdoor Living and Ridge Tool Company (RIDGID®), he is also supported by an extensive education. He earned a BA in political science and marketing, cum laude, from Baldwin Wallace University, followed by a JD in negotiation and dispute resolution from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He subsequently received an MBA in marketing and management policy at the Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management. Mr. Zbozien is a member of the American Marketing Association and has received several accolades. He was a finalist for Innovative Product of the Year for the RIDGID® Auto-Spin at Home Depot in 2006, as well as Innovation Idol for Barrette Yard Ideas at Lowe’s in 2010, having previously won the Best Buy Award fromConsumer’s Digest for Barrette Premier Sheds and Hanover Sheds in 2009.
