While attending college, she played golf before delving into a subsequent career in a leadership role at a grocery store while raising her four children: James, Jennifer, Samantha and Richard. When her children became adults, Ms. Miller realized she could re-enter her love of golf on a professional level. Since 2018, she has excelled as the head golf professional at the Four Seasons Country Club, where she teaches on behalf of the Professional Golfers’ Association (PGA) and the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA). Notably, Ms. Miller served as president of the Midwest chapter of the LPGA for 14 years, having also been recognized among the Top 50 of LPGA National Teachers since 2007. Living and working by the motto, “Treat others how you want to be treated,” she is gratified to have been the very first woman PGA member in the St. Louis area. Looking forward, Ms. Miller intends to give back to her community that has provided her with so much in her own life. Born and raised in Cooperstown, New York, Dan Prill has served his hometown as captain of the luxurious Otesaga Resort Hotel since 2001. Previously serving the facility as a waiter beginning in 1999, he is especially proud of his tenure at the hotel, where he has saved four lives. For his laudable accomplishments, he was twice the recipient of the Life Saving Award. During the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, he and the rest of the staff at the hotel implemented and enforced the CDC guidelines and, although their guest numbers decreased, they have remained one of the most prominent resort hotels in New York State. Earlier in his career, Mr. Prill served as a probation officer for Otsego County and a crew leader for the United States Census. He draws upon several advanced degrees from Herkimer County Community College and the State University of New York at Albany. As a testament to his success in his profession, Mr. Prill received two Eagle Awards. Looking forward, he intends to pursue a promotion as maître d’hôtel of the restaurant. He attributes much of his success to his strong work ethic. DAN PRILL
