Since 2001, he has operated as the president of JRA Marble & Granite Corp., a company that specializes in stone fabrication, installation and restoration. As a committed employer, he remains active in assisting his employees and their families. Prior to fulfilling the responsibilities of his current role, Mr. Rodriguez worked extensively in construction in the state of Texas between 1995 and 1999. Immigrating to the United States from Honduras in 1995, Mr. Rodriguez faced many challenges when he began his career. However, he dedicated himself to succeeding in his field as a self-taught and self-employed individual. Over the course of his career, he acquired skills in carpentry and construction that allowed him to succeed and eventually begin his own business. In light of his background and experiences, Mr. Rodriguez constantly discovers ways to give back to others in his community, as well as communities in Central America, Africa and Europe. Throughout his career, Mr. Rodriguez has attributed much of his success to his dedicated work ethic, reliability and strong sense of responsibility. Furthermore, he is especially grateful for the encouragement of his mother, who worked tirelessly to provide for him and his four brothers. In light of his own accomplishments, Mr. Rodriguez hopes his story will inspire younger generations to strive for their dreams, knowing that there is nothing they cannot achieve. Mr. Rodriguez is most proud to have grown his own prosperous business from the ground up, but he considers his greatest achievement to be his family. To wit, he is happily married with three children. Looking toward the future, Mr. Rodriguez hopes to continue growing his business, and he aims to continue improving himself as a husband, father, friend and employer.
