In 1990, he founded his own construction company, having previously worked as an apprentice in steel construction for eight years. He operated as the owner of his company until 2021, working extensively in the operations sector of the business. Since retiring from the construction industry, he has functioned as the executive director of operations for One Church Home. Prior to beginning his work in the field, Mr. Birmingham earned a master’s degree from Richmont Graduate University. Over the course of his career, he has been well regarded in the field for his impeccable skillset as a leader. To wit, he attributes much of his success to the support and encouragement of his parents, who instilled in him the importance of a strong work ethic. Among his many career achievements, he is especially proud to have founded his own company. Outside of his primary vocation, Mr. Birmingham is fond of fishing, and he enjoys spending time with his family and helping others. Supported by experience in the hospitality industry, Sheena A. Chapman spearheaded Sheena’s Virtual Solutions as a virtual assistant and digital business manager in 2020. Based in Las Vegas, she is an independent contractor assisting companies and clients in scheduling appointments, making phone calls, planning travel arrangements, managing emails and performing social tasks, among other responsibilities. Certified by multiple business and digital platforms, she also completed coursework at Ogden-Weber Technical College. Earlier, Ms. Chapman worked for Mirage Hotel & Casino between 2012 and 2020 as an administrative assistant, executive assistant to the vice president of table games, and supervisor of casino administration. Prior, she served as a customer service specialist at Spangdahlem Air Force Base and a customer service representative at Hurlburt Field Air Force Base. A community advocate as well, she has been involved with the Three-Square Food Bank and the Charlie Angel’s Pet Adoption Event since 2014. She also volunteers with organizations that serve military veterans. Previously, Ms. Chapman was active with the Murph Challenge, the annual fundraiser for the Lieutenant Michael P.
