Carolyn Butler has cultivated a successful career as an entrepreneur. For 30 years, she operated as the owner and president of Carpeton Mills, Inc., in Dalton, Georgia, where she specialized in the sale and management of custom printed carpets and other similar interior furnishings. The business’ location allowed for several opportunities and aided in its overall success. Ms. Butler has since evolved her business endeavors and now oversees a hobbyist store, where she sells antiques, collectables and other home décor items. From the onset of her vocational journey, Ms. Butler discovered that she held a natural affinity as a business owner, which has led to her find a wealth of success the entrepreneurship industry. To wit, she sincerely enjoys her profession, and she is constantly motivated to succeed in all her undertakings. In light of her dedication and creativity across her professional ventures, she has been honored with several accolades, particularly for her carpet designs. She considers these achievements as a notable highlight of her career. Throughout her career, Ms. Butler has operated under her personal philosophy, “Do the best you can.” To this end, she has applied her mantra to both her business and personal lives, thereby succeeding due to her diligent work ethic and dedication to her work.
