He subsequently earned a bachelor’s degree in general engineering from the United States Air Force Academy in 1960 and an MBA from the University of California Los Angeles in 1975. Looking toward the future, Mr. Meinhardt intends to write and publish an autobiography, which is tentatively titled “My Incredible Life.” E quipped with over 30 years of expertise in military operations, Florian Philip Meinhardt served in the United States Air Force from 1956 until retiring in 1986.
