28 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine ARCHITECTURE, CONSTRUCTION AND REAL ESTATE Yogavardhan S. Ramsamooj commenced his career as a student at Queens College. Receiving a Bachelor of Arts in sociology in 2016, he went on to enter the real estate industry to advance his career path. In 2016, he joined KPC Properties LLC, where he excelled as a leasing agent for one year before being promoted to assistant manager and property manager in 2017. Thereafter, he departed from KPC Properties to join the Worldwide Sports Management Group LLC, serving as a logistics coordinator until 2019. After his tenure at Worldwide Sports Management Group, Mr. Ramsamooj pursued additional education at the University of Florida, from which he earned a Master of Science in sports management in 2020. Leveraging his advanced degrees, he joined Bronstein Properties LLC, where he was an assistant property manager in 2021. Since 2021, he has excelled as a property manager at both Atlantic Palms LLC and Sunset Square Apartments LLC. To remain abreast of developments in his field, Mr. Ramsamooj has maintained affiliation with the National Society of Leadership and Success via Queens College. He attributes his immense success to the support of his family, particularly the influence and encouragement of his father. Growing up in Queens, New York, Mr. Ramsamooj was encouraged to learn music at the East Indian Music Academy, which taught him the social skills required to excel in his present roles. Among the many highlights of his career, he is especially proud of advancing through the ranks throughout the career, having been promoted to an assistant manager in the span of five months. Looking toward the future, Mr. Ramsamooj intends to continue enhancing his portfolio, accepting new opportunities and mentoring others who wish to enter his profession. He notes that he received much support from professionals in the early stages of his own career and would like to give back to his community who require help and guidance.
