As president, she oversees all operations of the business, including customer service and the manufacturing process of all products. In addition to her vocational experience, Ms. Bear Hoff is also well regarded for her dedication to civic advocacy within her local community in Waukesha, Wisconsin. She actively participates with theWaukeshaWomen’s Center, as well as the Humane Animal Welfare Society. Furthermore, to remain abreast of industry-related developments, she has maintained her position as a board member of the Waukesha County Business Alliance. As part of her professional journey, Ms. Bear Hoff also pursued a formal education, having studied at Cardinal Stritch University, where she earned an MBA in 2006, as well as a master’s degree in business management in 2008. From an early age, Ms. Bear Hoff knew she wanted to join her family’s business, having often visited the offices with her father. In light of her accomplished career, she is especially proud to have become the first female president of the company. Furthermore, Ms. Bear Hoff has managed to increase sales each year since rising to her laudable position in 2018.
