Kemp has found a wealth of success in her vocational journey. Originally joining the company in 2020 as an office administrator, she specializes in buying and selling residential properties and in veteran loan criteria, as well as serves as a referral agent for Veterans United Home Loans. During her first year of working with the company, Ms. Kemp was recognized as Rookie of the Year. Prior to beginning her career in the real estate industry, Ms. Kemp pursued a formal education at Wytheville Community College, where she earned an Associate of Applied Science, summa cum laude, in 2016. As she took on more responsibilities at the real estate firm, she subsequently earned her license as a broker in the state of North Carolina and her license as a realtor in the state of Virginia. In honor of her dedication to the field, Ms. Kemp received the Gemini Award for Best Real Estate Agent from The Carroll News in 2021, and the firm received the Gemini Award for Best Real Estate Company in 2022. In addition to her primary responsibilities, Ms. Kemp participates as a youth leader at the Hillsville Pentecostal Holiness Church. Likewise, as part of her commitment to her profession, Ms. Kemp remains affiliated with the Phi Beta Kappa Society and Virginia Realtors. In light of her accomplishments, Ms. Kemp attributes much of her success to her honesty and strong communication skills. To wit, she regards earning her realtor license as the highlight of her career. In the near future, Ms. Kemp hopes to see the company grow to become one of the largest real estate firms in Virginia.
