Remaining in his role until 1972, he became well regarded at Bell System due to his diligent work ethic and desire to progress forward. Following this appointment, he served as vice president of Life Care Services between 1976 and 2003, having concurrently maintained an active role as a partner at Retirement Living Services between 1994 and 2002. Always desiring a strong passion to advance in his career path, Mr. Kedney has been lauded as the president of Kedney Marketing Services since 2007. As president of his eponymously named business, he specializes in marketing consultations in the field of geriatric care and maintains responsibility for the marketing and selling of retirement, life care and continuing care services across the nation and in Australia. Drawing upon a BS in business administration from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida, Mr. Kedney has achieved many career highlights. Among his myriad of accomplishments, however, he is especially proud of selling Life Care Services to an Australian entrepreneur and, following this period, re-acquiring the firm and selling it to Bill Marriott. He is equally gratified to have established his own marketing firm. Living and working by his mantra, “Always tell the truth,” Mr. Kedney is revered in his industry for his forthright and ethical nature to hiswork, having always conducted his business with both humility and honesty. He attributes much of his success to his perspective on hard work and his commitment to excellence in his field. In addition, to remain abreast of developments in his industry, he has maintained affiliation with the American Association of Retirement Communities and the Leading Age Association. Outside of his primary efforts, Mr. Kedney is a crossing guard for the Neptune Beach Elementary School, was a frequent speaker at a variety of professional conferences and lent his expertise to the written word.
