Bridgeport, WV Since 2019, Joseph Robinson has excelled as the vice president of Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc., drawing upon decades of excellence in the field of engineering. Commencing his career in 2004 as a design engineer for ESP Design Services and Fuller Hall & Associates, he subsequently served in the same capacity for HBE from 2006 to 2014. Following this endeavor, he joined Civil & Environmental Consultants as a project manager. In 2017, Mr. Robinson was promoted to senior project manager and oil and gas manager, and in 2018, he was escalated to the rank of principal. Alongside his primary efforts in engineering, Mr. Robinson owns a strawberry farm. Among his many career highlights, Mr. Robinson is especially proud of improving the infrastructure within the oil and gas community in West Virginia, as well as assisting in the development of a new hospital. He is a past member of the American Concrete Institute and American Society of Civil Engineers and holds a BS in civil engineering from West Virginia University. For his success, he was featured in the Times West Virginian and several local newspapers. JOSEPH ROBINSON ENERGY, ENGINEERING AND MANUFACTURING An alumnus of the Missouri University of Science and Technology, Dr. J. Leroy Hulsey holds a BS in civil engineering, MS in civil engineering and PhD in structural engineering. He draws upon over 50 years of expertise in structural engineering, having first started his career in 1965 as a design engineer for Daily & Associates Engineers, Inc., then as a project engineer until departing from the firm in 1972. As his career progressed, Dr. Hulsey delved into academia as an assistant professor of civil engineering at North Carolina State University before serving several engineering firms in North Carolina. Dr. Hulsey relocated to Alaska, where he served Advanced Consolidated Engineering Technologies, Inc., in leadership roles between 1993 and 2011, as well as president and chief executive officer of Alignment Systems, Inc., and associate director of the University of Alaska Transportation Center. Joining the University of Alaska Fairbanks as a professor and head of the department of civil engineering, he attained emeritus status in 2019. Notably, he was among the first licensed structural engineers in Alaska. He is especially proud of completing a four-year study in 2020 with the organization AE 911 Truth. J. LEROY HULSEY, PHD
