Now supported by over 30 years of excellence in the limousine services industry, Mr. Socha currently thrives as the company’s president and chief executive officer. Likewise, his wife allocates much time to the company as a secretary, through which she performs administrative tasks such as completing paperwork, answering phone calls and reconfirming appointments. Notably, M and M Limousine Leasing Ltd. was voted #1 by Southtown Newspaper for 20 consecutive years. In accounting for his and his company’s success, Mr. Socha credits the reputation he and his wife have built over the many decades. A familyowned and operated business, M and M Limousine Leasing Ltd. has thrived in the industry due primarily to word-of-mouth referrals, which built their customer base during the early stages of its existence. Now with the rise and prevalence of technology and the internet, M and M Limousine Leasing Ltd. has been utilized more than ever before. To wit, Mr. Socha and his wife have repeat customers who remain loyal to their company due to their dependability. Among the many highlights of his career, Mr. Socha is especially gratified by his position as a self-employed individual and entrepreneur. Citing his father, Bernard Socha, as his mentor, Mr. Socha previously graduated from St. Gregory High School and, subsequently, attended school for mechanics. Outside of his primary roles, he lends his time civically to Silver Cross Hospital. Looking toward the future, Mr. Socha intends to eventually ease into a well-deserved retirement, at which time he and his wife may sell M and M Limousine Leasing Ltd. to an individual who is willing to carry on their legacy. Married to his wife since 1977, Mr. Socha has two children, Mark and Michael. Likewise, he is the doting grandfather of two grandchildren, McKenna and Morgan.
