40 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine ARCHITECTURE, CONSTRUCTION AND REAL ESTATE Excited about real estate from a formative age in light of its rewarding nature, Suzi Karr has excelled as a realtor for over 40 years. Currently excelling as a real estate broker for Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, she previously owned and operated her own firm, Suzi Karr Realty, in Windermere, Florida, between 1976 and 2011 shortly after acquiring her realtor license. While attending to her licensure studies, she also served in real estate for four years under the tutelage of Lee Bekemeyer. Over the course of her career, Ms. Karr has remained passionate about the realty profession and emphasizes that her motivation has always been to provide for her community. Coined the “Queen of Windermere Real Estate,” Ms. Karr credits much of her success to Bruno Machado, a lawyer who became her business partner. Outside of her primary feats, Ms. Karr also educates other brokers and agents through a contract course and donates half of her fees to charities, such as the Wounded Warrior Project. Named a Top Realtor since 2017, she holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Hawaii and intends to open a boutique clothing business in the future.
