Tremblay always desired to help others, drawing upon his formative experiences in the Boy Scouts of America. Joining the U.S. Army in 1975, he advanced through the ranks until attaining the rank of Colonel and retiring from the military in 2017. During his tenure in military service, Mr. Tremblay earned the Bronze Star and the Legion of Merit from the Army, which served as a testament to his tenacity as a professional and leader. While serving in the military, Mr. Tremblay pursued a formal education at Northern Arizona University, from which he received an MEd in Human Relations in 2010. He also completed the Senior Officer Transportation Qualification Course and earned certification in Logistics from the Army Logistics University in 2010. Mr. Tremblay served as the director of logistics for the 301st MEB. Concurrently, he earned a certification as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer and Vascular Sonographer via the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography in 1992 and 1997. Mr. Tremblay has over 20 years of experience in emergency management in the military and civilian sectors. He is a FEMA-certified Professional Continuity Practitioner, with service as an emergency manager, safety captain and safety coach until 2017. During this time, he also performed as a sonographer and educator at various hospitals and medical facilities. Mr. Tremblay’s military service spanned 40 years in various military jobs, from Pershing Missile Artillery crewmember, Signal Chief, Embedded Military Advisor Team Chief (Afghanistan), Director of Logistics, then Division Chief Systems Officer. In 2017, he retired as Chief Systems Officer from 104th Training Division on Joint Base Lewis McChord, Washington. He is now a retired member of the United States Officer Corps and a member of the Knights of Columbus. He is most proud and gratified by the successes of his two adult daughters, who are now college graduates. Since 2021, Mr. Tremblay has excelled as the president of The Tremblay Agency. Outside his primary endeavors, he has donated to the Knights of Columbus and planted trees worldwide to reduce carbon emissions.
