Stubing has operated as a successful resident manager with the 200 East 90th Street Owners Corp. As part of his vocation, he manages a residential high rise in New York City and oversees the daily operations of the business, which include capital projects, renovations and security. Furthermore, he guarantees that all tenants are provided the highest quality conditions for living. Deeply committed to his profession in real estate management, Mr. Stubing ensures that he works his hardest each day. As part of his commitment to his profession, Mr. Stubing has remained a lifetime member of the Manhattan Resident Managers Club since 1980. For his dedication and commitment in the field, the club recognized him as the Building Manager of the Year in 2003. Well regarded also as a civic-minded citizen, Mr. Stubing previously operated with Coats for Kids, raising funds to provide children with proper clothing, and he continues to donate funds to disabled veterans.
