Since 2019, he has operated as a database administrator for eReinsure.com, Inc., a company located in Salt Lake City, Utah, that specializes in developing internet-based applications to assist users in the insurance market. Mr. Peterson previously held the same role with Galileo Financial Technologies LLC for 15 years, and he also worked as an iron worker for more than one decade. In addition to his primary vocational duties, Mr. Peterson is an active volunteer with the Galileo Foundation, participating in sponsored construction work and training programs in the country of Peru. Over the course of his career, he has largely attributed his success to his passion, attention to detail and timeliness. Looking toward the future, Mr. Peterson intends to engage more in the consulting aspects in the field of information technology. PETERSON SEVGIN OKTAY Founding Oktay Enterprises International LLC in 1993, where he serves as president, Sevgin Oktay is a specialist in patent protection and technology. Earlier, he served IBM at Watson Research Laboratories beginning in 1963, where he served in technical and executive-level roles until being appointed a senior product programmanager. Departing from IBM in 1993, Mr. Oktay was published in scientific journals and books regarding heat transfer, microelectronics and computer systems technology. Following his tenure at IBM, he delved into intellectual protection and patents. Keenly involved with his Turkish heritage, he founded as first president of the Turkish Anti-Defamation Alliance. Holding over 40 inventions and 13 U.S. patents, Mr. Oktay graduated from Tarsus American College with honors in Turkey. Immigrating to the U.S., he earned a BS in engineering from Antioch College and an MS and PE in mechanical engineering from Columbia University. He is a life member of IEEE; founding member and past president of Society of Turkish American Architects, Engineers and Scientists; and life fellow of American Society of Mechanical Engineers. He earned the 1984 Outstanding Innovation Award from IBM.
