In 1986, she received a diploma in economics from the Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance, followed by two PhD degrees in international economic relations and finance credit procurement from the aforementioned institution just three years later. In accounting for her success, she credits her extensive education and opportunity to study in St. Petersburg, Russia, where she thrived and graduated with highest distinction. Equally passionate about regional change and economic stability, Dr. Seidler has been cited as an expert on international financing and redevelopment, and her expertise has led her to serve in a myriad of countries across Central Asia and the Middle East for well over two decades.
