Likewise, he attributes much of his success to his diligent work ethic and relationship-building skills. For his achievements, Mr. Briningwas honoredwith a Young andUp-andComing Board Member Award from the National Association of Health Underwriters in 2009. In a career filled with highlights, Mr. Brining is especially gratified by his ability to navigate the field of insurance services amid several difficulties and excelling in the field. To note, he says that he carefully vets his hired agents and prides himself on being able to provide them with resources and tools to succeed in their own right. Looking toward the future, Mr. Brining intends to witness the continued expansion of his own career, all while creating new opportunities for emerging agents. Since 2018, Joseph B. Brining has excelled as the executive vice president and chief sales officer for Integrated Insurance Partners, Inc. In his dual roles, he maintains responsibility for the recruitment of agents, aswell as educationof those agents. Earlier in his career, Mr. Brining served as a general agent forManhattan Life from2017 to 2018, a regional sales manager for Combined Insurance from 2016 to 2017, regional vice president of sales for Health Insurance Innovations, Inc., from 2015 to 2016, and regional director at Assurant Health from 2006 to 2014. Likewise, he was a general agent with Brining Insurance between 2000 and 2006, having formerly spent nearly 15 years as a special education teacher. To prepare for his illustrious career, Mr. Brining pursued a formal education at the University of Oklahoma, from which he received a bachelor’s degree in education in 1988. Shortly thereafter, he attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University and earned a master’s degree in education administration in 1995.
