Feasey pursued a formal education at the University of Manitoba in Canada, from which he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Russian history and macroeconomics in 1992. Joining Ranger Insurance Brokers following his receipt of his bachelor’s degree, he served the brokerage for 18 years until selling it to Gallagher Canada. Since that time, he has also served as senior vice president of commercial insurance with Arthur J. Gallagher Canada Ltd. Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Feasey has been recognized as a certified risk manager (CRM) and a Canadian accredited insurance broker (CAIB). Outside of his primary endeavors, Mr. Feasey is a former vice president of the board of the Insurance Brokerage Association of Manitoba, having also served as director of the association. He attributes much of his success to the mentorship he has received over the decades, which have included partners in his insurance brokerage and his father. Notably, Mr. Feasey’s father was also an insurance worker, and both of Mr. Feasey’s parents instilled in him a diligent work ethic. Among the many highlights of his career, Mr. Feasey is especially proud of his participation in the sale of Ranger Insurance Brokers to Gallagher Canada in 2012. To this end, he emphasizes that he has also created longlasting relationships withmany of his clients, some of whomhave continued to return to his services for well over two decades. Accruing over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry overall, Mr. Feasey continues to remain abreast of trends in his field through continuing education. Looking toward the future, Mr. Feasey intends to begin consulting on sales strategy for a number of smaller businesses. He would also like to publish books in relation to his areas of expertise.
