Outside of his primary endeavors, he has been civically involved in his community, having sat on the board of directors of such charities and organizations as Jewish Family Services, the Jewish Community Center and the Allied Jewish Federation. Moreover, Mr. Mosko has been affiliated with The Camp Association, which works with abused children in Denver. In accounting for his success, Mr. Mosko credits the inspiration of his father, who served as a beacon of encouragement over the course of his longstanding career. Looking toward the future, he intends to travel to Italy and Dubai. Since his formative years as a young child, Gary A. Mosko has been involved in the finance sector. Investing in the stock market as a pre-teen, he subsequently worked alongside his father, whomMr. Mosko emphasizeswas a terrific influence on his life choices. At the inception of his career, he served as a stockbroker, but soon delved into banking as a co-owner, with his father, of Southwest State Bank. After his father sustained injuries, Mr. Mosko became president of Southwest State Bank in 1983, where he remained for 15 fruitful years. Shortly thereafter, he sold the bank to Zoins Bank in Salt Lake City, where he also worked for a brief period of time. Likewise, Mr. Mosko thrived as executive vice president with Steele Street State Bank prior to commencing his present role. Since 2004, he has served as the president of Stanford Ventures in Denver, which trades in international markets, stocks, commodities and currencies. Notably, since the founding of Stanford Ventures, Mr. Mosko and his business have received a myriad of accolades, having been featured on “The Tom Brokaw Show” in the early 1990s in light of their minority lending program following the enactment GARY A.
