316 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine Lillian J. Adams became a registered nurse in 1999 following her receipt of an associate degree in nursing from Imperial Valley College. First serving as a registered nurse for El Centro Regional Medical Center, she then excelled in the same capacity for Lompoc Valley Medical Center and for Global Personnel Pool, Inc. Since 2018, Ms. Adams has served as a registered nurse for Maxim Healthcare in San Luis Obispo, California, where she is also certified in basic life support. Additionally, she has held a bachelor’s degree in business management from DeVry University since 2021 and is presently pursuing a master’s degree. Driven to help others from a young age, Ms. Adams always sought a career in health care. Specifically aspiring to become involved in the area of home health care, she notes that the opportunity to be acquainted closely with patients and developing strong relationships with them appealed to her. For her success, Ms. Adams was named Employee of the Quarter by Maxim Healthcare in both 2020 and 2021. Looking toward the future, she intends to continue her expertise in home health care and advance her career in the field. Millennium Magazine Featured Listee REGISTERED NURSE Maxim Healthcare Lompoc, CA Supported by a lifelong interest in nursing, Jeni Barham first attended the University of Arkansas at Monticello, from which she received a BSN in 2005. Upon her college graduation, she began serving as a registered nurse within the cardiac intensive care unit at St. Francis Medical Center. Thereafter, she relocated to Hawaii, serving the Honolulu Medical Group as a registered nurse for five years. Since 2010, she has excelled as chief quality officer for Mainline Health Systems, Inc., in Arkansas. Notably, Ms. Barham is a certified professional in health care quality by the National Association for Healthcare Quality. Outside of her primary ventures, Ms. Barham serves as a clinical consultant for health center compliance. Ms. Barham has also served as an examiner for the Governor’s Quality Award.
