In the present day, the technology within the program has been leveraged to incorporate in HP’s ink jet printing market. After departing fromHP, Mr. Patterson served as president of Innovation Resultants International between 1993 and 2008. Since that time, he has excelled as the president of DileabGroup. Drawing upon six decades of expertise in electrical engineering and technology, he has cultivated much knowledge in his field, particularly in relation to system elements, operations, calculus, executive coaching and strategic planning. Prior to delving into his profession, Mr. Patterson earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science, both in electrical engineering from the University of Washington. Thereafter, he completed the Executive Program at the University of Michigan. Well regarded in his industry, he has authored a number of works, such as “Accelerating Innovation: Improving the Process of Product Development,” “Leading Product Innovation: Accelerating Growth in a Product-Based Business” and “Build an Industry Hot Rod: The Nuts and Bolts of Leaving Competitors in the Dust.” He also published a series of internet-based videos, titled “Creating Breakthrough Innovations.” A member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Mr. Patterson credits his curious nature, intelligence and realistic perspectives as factors leading toward his success.
