She cites this nomination as a highlight of her career, as PRN Uniforms, LLC was ranked #13 out of 100 businesses selected for the accolade. She is gratified to have also been nominated for the 2021 list from the aforementioned institution in 2022, and she hopes to be listed in the top 10 of businesses. Looking toward the future, Ms. Banchs intends to open an additional location of PRN Uniforms and start a traveling scrub truck to expand the reach of her business. She would also like to continue her mother’s legacy and pass it down to her own children. In 1989, Ms. Banchs graduated with a high school diploma from Sam Houston High School and was named to Who’s Who Among American High School Students. She went on to complete coursework in music business and production at the University of Texas at Arlington years later. To remain abreast of developments in her industry, Ms. Banchs maintains an active membership with the Uniform Retailers Association. Furthermore, she is a member of the Girl Scouts of the United States of America, having been a former Girl Scout troop leader and alumna member. Moreover, she is affiliated with Sigma Alpha Iota.
