Graduating with a BA in liberal arts, he subsequently joined Fidelity Investments in 1981, where he served as director of international telecommunications for seven years. During his tenure, he designed and built the company’s North American and European call center networks and consulted to major U.S. financial corporations. Likewise, Mr. McElroy served as vice president of telecommunications at Boston Financial Data Services, manager at Deloitte & Touché, senior principal at eLoyalty Corp., senior manager of the call center practice at Braun Consulting, and global program manager at Avaya Communications. In 1990, Mr. McElroy began serving CommPartners, where he excelled as owner until 2004. Since 2008, he has thrived with the company as principal. A specialist in the field of telecommunications, he is especially proud of his work with Fidelity Investments, which launched the success of his career. Looking toward the future, Mr. McElroy intends to embark upon part-time consulting work and begin traveling with his family. Steve Rogers first joined Shared Service Systems, Inc., a division of the Nebraska Methodist Health System in 2019, where he served for five months as chief operations officer. Since 2020, he has excelled as the president and chief executive officer of the division. Earlier, Mr. Rogers was director of operations at Lester Electrical from 2017 to 2019, where he helped lead the company’s restructuring and helped save $800,000 on labor and related expenses. Likewise, he was a value stream manager at Valmont Industries from 2007 to 2017 and a background investigator for the U.S. Investigation Service from 2002 to 2007. He commenced his career at Eaton Hydraulics, where he was promoted from janitor to production supervisor between 1992 and 2001. While pursuing his vocational ventures, Mr. Rogers enrolled in Metropolitan Community College, receiving an AA in business management in 2013. He also earned a BS in business administration, management and operations from Bellevue University in 2016. A noted expert in operations with over 20 years of expertise to his credit, Mr. Rogers intends to continue serving Nebraska Methodist Health System and educate aspiring professionals in operations and business management.
