Having been raised by her grandmother, she took care of both her grandparents from a formative age, as well as a family friend who was also elderly. Drawing upon a lifelong love for ensuring the care and betterment of the older population, she soon desired to enter the field of geriatric care. As such, Ms. Moore immigrated to the United States from Jamaica in 2000 and first worked as a housekeeper in the hospitality industry to gain financial support to eventually pursue her dream career. From there, she became employed as a receptionist for a nursing home on a parttime basis, but soon felt that she would benefit more from a hands-on application to the business. To this end, she desired to see to the needs of all the residents at the nursing home and worked with an aide to take care of the residents. As she has always held an affinity for caring for others, the residents quickly fell in love with Ms. Moore, which solidified her decision to enter the field on a full-time basis. Since 2004, Ms. Moore has remained in the field of long-term care and, since 2013, has excelled as the chief executive officer and president of S W Senior Care Solutions Dallas, LLC. The facility was previously named S W Veranda Residential Care Home and, through her work, she has dedicated herself to providing all needs to the residents of her long-term care facility. Looking toward the future, Ms. Moore intends to open additional homes and offices of S W Senior Care Solutions Dallas, as well as expand her current facility to accommodate more residents and provide them with premier, passionate care on a grander scale. Equipped with her strong desire to make many changes in the industry, she ultimately foresees herself changing the face of the reputation of the industry. Moving forward, she would like to experience the continued success of her career path.
